HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MILK SHORBA?
Ingredients:
- Thick Coconut Milk - 3 cups
- Fennugreek - 1/4 tsp
- A pinch of Cummin seed powder
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- A pinch of Mustard seeds
- Garlic - 2 flakes
- Curry leaves - 1/4 tsp (finely chopped)
- Milk - 1 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 to 10 minutes.
Let it stand until cool. Strain. Add milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour into cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
Note:
This can be served chilled in summer.
